New screen prints

I have made two new bird prints recently.
The first is of a Sanderling. I love watching them running up and down the beach in Ireland, they look like cartoon characters!

The other is of a Kingfisher. There is one at the stream nearby that I occasionally spot, if I am lucky. A flash of iridescent blue, out of nowhere.

Here is my latest screen print. Inspired by a walk along the north Cornwall cliffs in the summer where the Common Blue butterflies were loving the Ragwort. Although Ragwort is poisonous to livestock, it is a major source of nectar for many insects and a colourful native flower on the cornish cliff tops.
