Map illustrations

 

I illustrated some black and white maps for the book Pilgrimage for Peace published by Green Books. It is written by Satish Kumar about his amazing 8,000 mile walk from Gandhi's grave in India to Kennedy's grave in Washington in the 1960's. It was so interesting to read the book as I illustrated the maps, which show the route that he and his friend E.P. Menon travelled across each country. Here is a link to the book.

Flamingo!

 

I have screenprinted a new flamingo character to go with my other screen printed animal cards. Nice and bright again with a fluorescent pink body. They are all available on etsy here.

Galahs and Eucalyptus

 

A screen print for my Australian friends and relatives! This is mainly a reduction print, the stencils made by painting screen filler onto the screen.
